Amazon's Talent Solutions Product Design & Research team seeks a Senior UX Designer to craft end-to-end experiences across Recruiter Hub, Hiring Hub, and Candidate Hub. You will collaborate with product management, engineering, and research to simplify hiring at scale, delivering human-centered interfaces for recruiters, managers, and candidates worldwide.

Qualifications

7+ years of design experience.
Experience delivering design solutions for large, complex projects.
Experience gathering user data through usability studies and research, creating personas and journey maps.
Experience planning and executing strategic programs with stakeholders.
Ability to define and maintain design patterns and UX standards.
Experience solving complex problems with limited guidance across multiple products.
Experience leading design projects from strategy through execution, including flows, wireframes, prototypes, and CX specs.
Ability to influence partner teams and contribute to org-wide design strategy.
Proficiency with current accessibility standards.

Responsibilities

Deliver end-to-end design solutions for complex hiring workflows across multiple products.
Influence roadmaps by synthesizing user research and advocating for customer needs.
Define and refine design standards; drive adoption across teams.
Synthesize qualitative and quantitative data to inform experience and business decisions.
Collaborate with engineering to ensure feasibility and scalability.
Lead cross-functional design collaboration and drive alignment on initiatives.
Design AI-informed experiences leveraging data-driven interfaces.
Mentor designers and contribute to professional development.
Present work in reviews and clearly communicate decisions to senior leaders.
Identify root causes of design problems and build consensus to enable innovation.
