Job summary

Amazon is seeking a UX Design Manager on the Talent Solutions team to lead a group of designers responsible for experiences used by candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers. You will own the quality of work, coach the team, and raise the design bar across products in your domain.

This is a hands-on management role where you set direction, guide problem solving, and collaborate daily with product, engineering, and UX research.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of design experience.
• 3+ years of leading design teams experience.

Responsibilities

• People Leadership and Team Building: manage, coach and grow a team of designers with clear feedback and onboarding.
• Design Quality and Craft Bar: hold the quality bar across interaction design, visual craft, content and accessibility; run design reviews.
• Prioritisation and Capacity: decide scope, size design efforts and align with product plans.
• Partnership and Influence: represent design in roadmap forums and build cross-functional relationships to shape decisions.
