With 5–8 years in product design, you will lead design decisions, conduct user research, mentor junior designers, and help define success metrics in an AI-driven learning environment.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of product design experience with a track record of impacting user experience and business outcomes.
• Ability to lead end-to-end design for complex journeys across web and mobile.
• Experience guiding design systems and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead design for major product areas and full user journeys from discovery to launch.
• Create high-fidelity designs, user flows, screens, and interactive prototypes.
• Plan and conduct user research, synthesize insights, and translate to actions.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to design reviews and workshops.
