Applicants bring 6+ years of end-to-end UX/Product design experience, a strong portfolio, and expertise with Figma and accessibility standards (WCAG). This is a full-time role focused on delivering human-centered, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of end-to-end UX/Product Design experience across complex initiatives.
• Strong portfolio showing enterprise problem solving with scalable design systems.
• Experience shipping AI-enabled features in digital products.
• Expertise with design tooling and governance (Figma, tokens).

Responsibilities

• Define UX strategy for core initiatives across a multi-product ecosystem.
• Advocate for human-centered design and mentor teams.
• Design AI-powered features with transparent UX and explainability.
• Govern and scale the design system for consistency across platforms.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data Science on roadmaps.
• Coach junior designers and raise design quality.
