You will partner with Marketing, Product and Engineering to translate business needs into intuitive, scalable solutions, guiding teams from vision to high-quality outcomes and delivering meaningful value to users and the business.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of UX, Web Strategy, and design experience.
• Proven track record driving ground-breaking changes in web or platform experiences.
• Influence cross-functional partners to shape roadmaps and leadership decisions.
• Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end web design with measurable business impact.
• Data-driven decisions using analytics and user research.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Experience collaborating with engineering on front-end implementation.
• Experience with AI-enabled design workflows.

Responsibilities

• Define Web experience strategy across key product areas.
• Translate complex requirements into scalable, user-centric experiences.
• Use data, research, and experimentation to inform decisions.
• Apply AI to accelerate design and build processes.
• Lead end-to-end design from discovery to delivery.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Engineering.
• Influence cross-functional partners and leadership with clear rationale.
• Establish and scale experimentation programs with A/B testing.
