Job summary

Allegion's Global UX Services Team is seeking a Senior UX Designer for our Digital Order Management software portfolio. You’ll own the experience strategy, lead end-to-end design and research, and ensure design outcomes advance business objectives.

Our designers collaborate daily with product managers, software engineers, researchers, customer success professionals, marketing, and business leaders to design and deliver software solutions that create value for customers and their businesses.

Qualifications

5+ years in UX design or 3 years with a Master’s in UX field.
Proven ability to deliver impactful UX insights and solutions in large orgs.
Strong portfolio of customer journey maps, flows, wireframes, prototypes, and research readouts.
Ability to present concepts clearly to stakeholders and users.
Experience on Agile Scrum teams and data-driven decision making.
Strong knowledge of information architecture and WCAG 2.2 accessibility.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end UX for complex features and journeys with journey maps, personas, flows, and prototypes.
Define outcomes, success metrics, and align UX with product/business priorities.
Plan and synthesize qualitative/quantitative research and translate findings into actionable insights.
Define KPIs and monitor post-release impact to guide improvements.
Collaborate with engineers during design handoffs and ensure fidelity to design intent.
Maintain backlog, OKRs, and participate in Scrum ceremonies.
Mentor junior team members and share learnings with the group.
