Expeditors’ Seattle-based UX Designer III leads design across digital products, driving discovery through delivery. You’ll balance user needs with business goals, mentor teammates, and contribute to scalable design systems.

Work with product, engineering, and research to craft intuitive, accessible experiences for a global logistics platform. You will design for customer-facing products and internal apps used by thousands of employees, leveraging Figma and AI-enabled tools to create reusable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in UX Design or a related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading UX design for complex features, workflows, or products.
• Experience conducting research, usability validation, prototyping, and interaction design.
• Experience collaborating with product management, engineering, and stakeholders.
• Experience contributing to design systems, UX standards, or scalable design practices.
• Advanced understanding of user-centered design, accessibility, and usability.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute user research and synthesize insights into design direction.
• Own complex workflows and multi-step experiences spanning related features.
• Design high-quality UI with accessibility and visual consistency across product areas.
• Balance user needs, technical constraints, and business priorities in design decisions.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers; lead workshops and discussions.
• Contribute reusable components to the design system and mentor others.
• Lead design reviews, provide feedback, and raise the bar of UX craft.
