Expeditors International in Seattle seeks a Senior Manager, Global Technology UX Design to lead the newly centralized UX organization. You will unify designers, partner with product teams, and raise quality, accessibility, and consistency across products.

You will drive capacity planning, hiring, and career development while shaping how AI is applied responsibly in the design lifecycle. This leadership role emphasizes craft, collaboration, and measurable impact on user experiences.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Experience leading or managing a design team with coaching, feedback, and performance development.
• Deep UX craft spanning research, interaction design, IA, visual design, accessibility, and design systems.
• Ability to manage capacity and resources across multiple teams with operational rigor.
• Experience applying AI to design work and defining responsible AI collaboration.
• Fluency with Figma, Azure DevOps/Boards, GUIDE/Storybook, and Microsoft 365.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and grow the UX design team embedded with product teams.
• Own capacity planning, allocation, and performance development against a UX ladder.
• Establish operating rituals, guardrails, and tooling for the UX practice.
• Define how Expeditors designs with AI and accelerate design-to-development handoff.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and stakeholders to align on roadmaps.
