Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research to identify experience gaps and inform design strategies.
• Develop and refine interaction designs and user journeys based on data analysis.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align design solutions with business goals and communicate technical concepts.
• Create prototypes and design specifications using Figma, ensuring consistency with style guides.
• Lead usability testing, analyze feedback, and iterate designs for improved user satisfaction.
