Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Senior UX Designer to help shape the Global Design System that powers experiences for millions of users across Walmart's products and services. You will design modern, high-performing components and ensure design-to-code alignment with engineering.

You will translate design decisions into scalable tokens and reusable patterns, contribute to governance of the design system, and collaborate with researchers and cross-functional partners to inspire faster, better, accessible

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in UI/UX design or related field and 3 years’ UI/UX, interactive and visual design experience.
Alternatively, 5 years’ experience in UI/UX, interactive and visual design, electronics art, multimedia design, or related area.
Experience with enterprise design systems and design tokens is preferred.

Responsibilities

Designing a high level craft for a broad population of users.
Leading a roadmap of work and collaborating with cross-functional partners through delivery.
Actively soliciting feedback from peers and stakeholders through the product design lifecycle.
Rapid prototyping and experimentation in a fast-paced environment.
