Qualifications

• 10+ years hands-on UX design experience.
• Led and developed other designers.
• Active practitioner with recent IC work in portfolio.
• Built or significantly influenced design governance.
• Strong systems thinking across product ecosystems.
• Credible in technical discussions with PMs/engineers.
• Integrated GenAI/LLM tooling into workflows.
• Designed for AI-powered/agentic products.
• Thrives in lean, ambiguous environments.
