Job summary

The Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) seeks a Manager UX Designer to shape the digital experiences for members and stakeholders. This hybrid role based in Lake Mary, FL blends in-office collaboration with remote work and leads UX research, IA, and visual design across web, member portal, and learning platforms.

You will partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Content teams to translate insights into scalable design solutions, contribute to a design system, and ensure accessible,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in UX-related field.
• 5+ years of professional UX design experience across research, IA, prototyping, and UI design.
• Expert proficiency with Figma and building design systems.
• Strong knowledge of user-centered design, usability testing, accessibility WCAG, and responsive design.
• Experience with Agile environments and delivering specs for implementation.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead user research, usability testing, and journey mapping across digital platforms.
• Design flows, IA, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces with accessibility.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, and content teams throughout the lifecycle.
