Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Change Communications Lead within the Experience Design & Research team to drive AI-native adoption. You will shape messaging, define readiness, and co-own behavior change with program leadership to ensure programs land.

You will write audience-specific communications for executives, managers, and individual contributors, build readiness cohorts, and design an end-to-end reinforcement system across priority transformations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in change management or internal communications in tech environments.
• Experience developing audience-segmented communication plans for multiple groups.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders on change scope and artifacts.
• Experience defining and tracking adoption or behavior change metrics.
• Familiarity with a recognized change management framework (e.g. ADKAR, Kotter).

Responsibilities

• Define change impact with executive sponsors and design program alignment materials.
• Build segmented readiness programs and track adoption over time.
• Write audience-based communications for day-to-day practice across roles.
• Co-own end-to-end reinforcement system for each program.
