Qualifications

• 7+ years in change management or internal communications within a matrixed tech organization.
• Experience developing audience-segmented communications plans for different groups within the same program.
• Experience partnering with senior or executive stakeholders on change scope and artifacts.
• Experience defining and tracking adoption metrics and using data to adjust strategies.
• Proficiency with a recognized change management framework (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter, McKinsey).

Responsibilities

• Co-define change impact for 2-3 priority transformation programs with executive sponsors and design program briefs and heat maps.
• Build segmented readiness programs and track migration from awareness to active adoption over time.
• Write audience-based communications that explain changes to individuals, managers and leaders across the organization.
• Co-own the end-to-end reinforcement system for each program.
