Job summary

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) seeks a Senior UI/UX Designer to support a wide-ranging federal program. You will lead UX design across multiple sites and clients, perform user research, and communicate design through wireframes and storyboards.

The role requires collaboration with federal engineers and clients to deliver accessible, compliant interfaces. Ideal candidates have 10+ years of experience in UCD/UI-UX, strong portfolios, and expertise in USWDS/508 guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Public Trust eligibility required.
• Strong UX design experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-scale UX design efforts including research, blueprinting, and evaluating existing systems.
• Plan, design, and implement multiple sites and applications across clients in a fast-paced environment.
• Lead all phases of user research to inform usable web pages and interfaces.
• Collaborate with federal engineers and clients to define and implement intuitive solutions.
