Job summary

Exelon is seeking a seasoned Real Estate professional to plan and execute complex property transactions for Operations and other Business Units. You will support Real Estate Reps and coordinate with internal teams and external counsel.

The role requires strong negotiation, project management, and analytical skills, with experience in property descriptions, appraisals, and regulatory considerations. Excellent communication and MS Office proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Real Estate Broker's License; 4-7 years of business experience.
• 3-5 years real estate transactional experience with knowledge of legal descriptions.
• Proven negotiation skills and ability to manage complex projects.
• Strong presentation and written/oral communication abilities.
• Proficient in Excel and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Plan and perform real estate activities including property rights acquisition.
• Negotiate contracts, deeds, leases, and related documents.
• Prepare appraisals, reports, and financial analyses; conduct inspections.
• Coordinate with Real Estate Reps and external counsel as needed.
• Maintain project files and act as liaison with internal departments and agencies.
• Report progress to Manager/Supervisor and manage external stakeholders.
