Job summary

Exelon Corporation is seeking a Real Estate professional to plan and execute complex real estate and related projects across multiple units. You will provide extensive real estate support to Operations and other Business Units, with potential extended hours for storms or emergencies.

The role emphasizes negotiation, detailed documentation, and coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders. A strong background in real estate transactions and project management is essential for

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or Real Estate Broker's License required or 6-9 years business experience in lieu of degree.
At least 3-5 years of real estate transactional experience.
Proven negotiation skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and meet deadlines.
Strong presentation and communication skills.
Proficient in Excel and MS Office apps.

Responsibilities

Plan and perform real estate activities across property rights, leasing, and related matters.
Support Real Estate Reps in daily activities and training.
Negotiate contracts and review legal documents and surveys.
Create and maintain project files, perform financial analyses and prepare reports.
Serve as a liaison with external agencies and customers.
Report project status to Manager/Supervisor regularly.
Coordinate with regional staff and contractors on transactions.
Perform other duties as assigned.
