PECO, part of Exelon, is seeking a Real Estate professional to plan and manage real estate projects supporting energy delivery operations. You will identify property opportunities, leases, and related documents while coordinating with internal teams and external agencies to ensure timely project delivery.

The role requires a Bachelor's Degree or Real Estate Broker's License with strong Excel and project management skills, and there is potential for extended hours during storms or emergencies.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree or Real Estate Broker's License with 2–4 years of business experience.
• 2+ years of real estate transactional experience with knowledge of legal descriptions.
• Proven negotiation skills and ability to manage complex projects.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and perform real estate activities: property acquisitions, leasing, and rights.
• Negotiate terms, prepare deeds, leases, easements, and related documents.
• Create project files, perform financial analyses, and prepare reports.
• Serve as a liaison with internal teams, external agencies, and contractors.
• Report progress to management and coordinate with regional staff.
