ENTRUST Solutions Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex technical projects within Distribution Communications Engineering in the United States. You will drive delivery on scope, schedule, and budget while coordinating Engineering, Operations, IT, and other business areas.

The role requires a strong background in electric utility environments, leading multidisciplinary teams and managing SCADA, DER, fiber, and related distribution technologies.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• 10+ years of experience managing large, complex projects within electric distribution or utility.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary Engineering, Operations, IT, and OT teams.
• Familiarity with SCADA, distribution automation, DER, fiber, microwave, radio, cellular, and device interoperability.
• Experience with Microsoft Project and Excel.
• Strong communication, leadership, organization, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Engineering, Operations, and IT teams through planning, execution, commissioning, and closeout.
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, forecasts, risks, issues, dependencies, and change control.
• Coordinate projects involving wireless communications, SCADA/DSCADA, fiber, microwave, radio, cellular, satellite, and related distribution technologies.
• Develop project plans, approval documentation, technical alternatives, budgets, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Monitor project performance and address schedule, cost, resource, and technical challenges.
• Manage project financials, purchase orders, change requests, and projections.
• Provide clear updates to leadership, stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams.
• Collaborate across System Operations, Engineering, IT, Security, PMO, Finance, Procurement, Regulatory, Legal, and other groups.
