Job summary

ENTRUST Solutions Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex electrical distribution projects. You will guide cross-functional teams in Engineering, Operations, IT, and other areas to ensure scope, schedule, and budget adherence.

Responsibilities include coordinating SCADA/DSCADA, fiber, and distribution technologies, developing plans, and delivering on milestones while communicating updates to leadership and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• 10+ years of experience managing large, complex projects within the electric distribution or utility industry.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary Engineering, Operations, IT, and/or OT teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Engineering, Operations, and IT teams through planning, execution, commissioning, and closeout.
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, forecasts, risks, issues, dependencies, and change control.
• Coordinate projects involving wireless communications, SCADA/DSCADA, fiber, microwave, radio, cellular, satellite, and related distribution technologies.
• Develop project plans, approval documentation, technical alternatives, budgets, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Monitor project performance and proactively address schedule, cost, resource, and technical challenges.
• Manage project financials, purchase orders, change requests, and projections.
• Provide clear, concise project updates to leadership, stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams.
• Collaborate across System Operations, Engineering, IT, Security, PMO, Finance, Procurement, Regulatory, Legal, and other groups.
