ENTRUST Solutions Group, a Leidos company, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex distribution infrastructure projects. You will coordinate Engineering, Operations, IT, and other functions to deliver projects on scope, schedule, and budget within a hybrid work model.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in the electric utility sector, strong cross-functional leadership, and hands-on experience with SCADA, DER, and distribution technologies. Exciting growth and impactful work await.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10+ years of experience managing large, complex projects in electric distribution or utility.
• Strong knowledge of scope, schedule, cost, risk, change, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead Engineering, Operations, and IT teams through planning, execution, commissioning, and closeout.
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, forecasts, risks, issues, dependencies, and change control.
• Coordinate projects involving wireless communications, SCADA/DSCADA, fiber, microwave, radio, cellular, satellite, and related distribution technologies.
• Develop project plans, approval documentation, budgets, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Monitor project performance and address schedule, cost, resource, and technical challenges.
• Manage project financials, purchase orders, change requests, and projections.
• Provide clear project updates to leadership, stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams.
• Collaborate across System Operations, Engineering, IT, Security, PMO, Finance, Procurement, Regulatory, Legal, and other groups.
