Qualifications

• Possession of a valid driver's license as a minimum requirement.
• Five (5) years of experience in call center, customer service center or related customer service functions, including one year in a supervisory capacity.

• Responsible supervisory and technical work in assigning, coordinating, participating in, and leading activities of utility program specific communications plans for the Deputy General Superintendent of Water Programs.
• Train and direct staff, communicate with individual customers and larger commercial entities, and coordinate efforts across Board and City departments to ensure effective communication.
