Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking a Utility Operator/Mechanic III in Malvern, PA to maintain critical biopharma manufacturing utilities. You will operate and service boilers, chillers, RO, HVAC, and related systems, while following strict safety and regulatory guidelines.

The role requires 6+ years of related industrial experience, trade certification, and the ability to travel between sites. A $3,000 sign-on bonus is offered for qualified candidates on this site.

Qualifications

• Industrial maintenance experience in electrical, HVAC, refrigeration, mechanical systems.
• Willingness to travel between sites as needed.
• Able to lift 25 pounds and wear PPE as required.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain utility plant systems including boilers, chillers, RO, and air systems.
• Respond to alarms and ensure timely corrective, emergency, and preventive maintenance.
• Document maintenance activities in CMMS and support root cause analysis.
• Perform general building maintenance and assist with projects under supervision.
• Adhere to safety, regulatory, and training requirements.
