Qualifications

• Familiarity with utility or civil construction environments.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for utility construction.
• Compile bid packages and perform quantity takeoffs.
• Analyze project plans to identify cost drivers.
• Collaborate with project managers and clients.
• Solicit and negotiate with subcontractors.
• Conduct cost comparisons and reviews.
• Maintain organized estimate documentation.
• Contribute to process improvements.
