Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive estimating experience within utility or heavy civil construction.
• 10+ years of leadership experience managing estimating teams.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop estimating teams across various utility infrastructure projects.
• Oversee preparation of conceptual budgets, EPC estimates, and competitive bids.
• Direct quantity takeoffs and validate project scope.
