Clark County Water Reclamation District is seeking a Senior Utility Engineer (Construction) to lead the construction of multiple CIP projects in the Las Vegas area. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline such as Civil/Mechanical/Industrial/Electrical/Construction Management.
• Minimum of four years of progressively responsible experience in engineering or construction management, preferably water/wastewater.
• Licensure: Professional Engineer in Nevada or reciprocity to Nevada within one year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and oversee construction of CIP projects of varying scale.
• Ensure contractor conformance of construction documents and resolve field conflicts.
• Develop and manage cost controls, change orders, invoicing, RFIs, and project closeout for multi‑million dollar projects.
• Interface with contractors, design consultants, District staff, and other agencies.
• Foster a positive work environment, lead by example, and mitigate conflicts through collaboration.
