Wilson Engineers is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join our Las Vegas, Nevada office. The candidate will lead owner-contractor coordination, review plans and contracts, and drive project execution from planning through closeout.

Ideal applicants hold a bachelor’s degree in construction management, construction engineering, or civil engineering, with 4–8 years of relevant experience. A PE registration is preferred, and proficiency in MS Project and other scheduling tools is

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience in the construction industry, preferably as a Construction Manager or related role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering or Civil Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between Owner, Contractor, and project team; maintain strong communication.
• Review plans, specs, and contract documents to understand scope and objectives.
• Lead and facilitate construction progress and owner meetings; document key decisions.
• Prepare and distribute meeting minutes to keep stakeholders informed.
• Interpret contracts and advise Owner on administration, compliance, and execution.
• Manage budgets by reviewing Schedule of Values and payment apps for invoicing accuracy.
• Evaluate contractor schedules and risks; propose schedule adherence strategies.
• Review cost proposals and change orders; advise Owner on decisions.
• Perform field inspections to verify compliance with plans and codes; document observations.
• Coordinate with materials testing firms and confirm material quality.
• Manage closeout by developing punch lists and final documentation.
