Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management or field-heavy construction management experience.
• Strong planning, scheduling, and milestone-control capabilities.
• Experience interpreting contracts, plans, specs, and field data.

Responsibilities

• Own project financial performance, including margin protection and cash flow awareness.
• Track project costs and forecast completion, identifying variances early.
• Capture, price, and submit scope changes early and accurately.
• Develop and maintain project schedules in alignment with field plans.
• Serve as the primary customer contact for updates, risks, and schedule expectations.
• Review project reports and validate WIP, percent-complete, and forecasting inputs against field data.
