PUSH Inc. is seeking a Project Manager for utility construction to oversee financial, contractual, and customer-facing success of assigned projects.

You will manage scope, schedule, costs, change orders, and communication with customers while maintaining proactive risk visibility and accurate forecasting. The role collaborates with the Operations Manager and Superintendent to ensure schedule integrity, readiness, and strong field alignment, protecting margin and entitlements through disciplined

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of project management experience in field-heavy construction.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Willingness to travel.
• Broadband OSP and/or power distribution knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own project financial performance, including margin protection, cost control, and cash flow awareness.
• Manage scope, schedule, costs, and change orders with proactive risk visibility and forecasting.
• Coordinate with Operations Manager and Superintendent to maintain schedule integrity and readiness.
• Serve as the primary customer contact for updates, coordination, and issue resolution.
• Ensure project documentation, reporting, and audit readiness.
• Lead and support project coordinators and administrative staff.
• Foster collaboration between office and field teams.
