Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 7+ years of Business Analyst experience.
• 3+ years of experience supporting utility industry programs.
• Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases, and functional specifications.
• Experience in UAT planning and execution.
• Data analysis and reporting experience.
• Change management support and stakeholder engagement.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence and SharePoint.
• Knowledge of SDLC, Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Certifications like CBAP/CCBA/PMI-PBA are a plus.
