Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis or a related role.
• Experience in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Strong requirements gathering, user story development, testing, and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between business units and IT development teams.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
• Work in an Agile environment to develop and refine user stories.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum teams, and stakeholders to deliver system solutions.
• Develop test plans, conduct system and user acceptance testing, and support implementations.
• Analyze system issues, troubleshoot problems, and recommend process and system improvements.
• Maintain system documentation, procedures, workflows, and training materials.
• Support end users with system functionality, reporting, and database queries.
• Assist with business cases, system controls, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
