Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, CS, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
• Strong requirements gathering and process analysis experience.
• Experience creating BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Strong Agile/Scrum and SDLC knowledge.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence or similar tools.
• Strong SQL skills for data analysis and validation.
• Experience with UAT, QA coordination, and requirements validation.
• Process mapping and workflow documentation expertise.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
• Conduct meetings, workshops, and interviews with stakeholders to understand business needs.
• Translate requirements into BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Analyze existing processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
• Create process flows, workflow diagrams, and business process documentation.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Project Managers, Developers, QA, and other stakeholders.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and SDLC governance.
• Prioritize requirements throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Perform gap, impact, and root-cause analyses.
• Use SQL to analyze, validate, and reconcile business data.
• Support QA by reviewing test scenarios and test cases.
• Coordinate and support UAT and validation of delivered solutions.
