Job summary

Dashiell, an operating unit of Quanta Services, is seeking a Commercial Account Director based in Raleigh, NC. You will lead the regional commercial strategy for named utility accounts across the Eastern US, directing proposals, pricing, and contract negotiations with executive-level clients.

You will partner with Sales, Engineering and Construction teams, build a high-performing accounts group, and drive growth in HV/MV substations, transmission, and energy storage projects, while ensuring

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 4 years of relevant experience may qualify in lieu of a degree.
• Minimum 10 years in power/energy infra with HV/MV substations, transmission, or BESS.
• Minimum 3 years leading or directing sales/account management professionals.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow strategic utility accounts across the Eastern US.
• Define regional account strategy and expand the commercial pipeline.
• Lead the commercial operations group and mentor account managers.
