Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking a Senior Utilities Maintenance Technician for on-site work in Bloomington, IN. You will lead the operation and maintenance of clean utility systems (clean steam, WFI, clean air), boilers, chillers, and related infrastructure, mentoring junior staff and ensuring safety and compliance.

The role requires five+ years in utilities maintenance, HVAC/R/electrical expertise, and proficiency with CMMS and building automation systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years related experience in utilities systems maintenance.
• Trade school diploma or technical certification in HVAC/R, mechanical, or electrical disciplines preferred.
• Proficiency with CMMS and building automation systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead monitoring and maintenance of clean utility systems and related equipment.
• Record measurements, document performance, and report issues to leadership.
• Develop preventive maintenance strategies for base building and critical systems.
