Qualifications
- Minimum five years related experience in utilities systems maintenance.
- Trade school diploma or technical certification in HVAC/R, mechanical, or electrical.
- Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal skills.
- Valid driver's license.
Responsibilities
- Lead monitoring, operation, and maintenance of clean utility systems.
- Develop preventive maintenance strategies for base building systems.
- Direct major repairs and coordinate resources.
- Maintain logs and ensure timely communications.
- Lead by example in PPE and safety practices.
