TRC Companies, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager - Utilities in Cedar Rapids, Iowa to lead land services across a portfolio of projects. You will supervise land aspects, budgets, and client deliverables while mentoring teams and driving execution strategies that align with TRC’s values.

The role requires strong leadership, proposal development experience, and a background in linear project management within the energy sector. Travel up to 75% may be needed.

Formación

• 7-10 years related experience with 3-5 years in senior management.
• Experience writing/responding to proposals with budget creation.
• Experience in linear project management (pipeline, electric transmission).
• Strong leadership, time management, collaboration and problem solving skills.
• Experience mentoring a team and succession planning.
• Energy sector, oil & gas, power, and/or utility experience.
• PMP certification or current enrollment.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee land aspects of projects including regulatory planning, routing, survey, title, acquisition, eminent domain, construction, and closeout.
• Develop, mentor, and manage project teams across multiple projects.
• Create/execute project execution strategies aligned with TRC values.
• Prepare estimates, schedules, and client deliverables; participate in project controls meetings.
• Manage budgets and profitability; maintain backlog reporting.
• Interact with diverse stakeholders and participate in industry committees.
