TRC Companies, Inc. seeks a Sr. Title Agent for an on-site role in Cedar Rapids, IA, with responsibilities in ROW disciplines, title, permitting, and acquisition. The candidate should be adept at property valuation, land descriptions, and cure of title defects, and able to work independently with strong judgment.

Competenze

• Associate's degree preferred or relevant experience.
• Experience as a title agent or related title position.
• Ability to research land ownership and analyze county records.
• Knowledge of land description, metes and bounds, and title defects.
• Strong decision-making and independent work capability.

Mansioni

• Assist ROW Supervisor by guiding ROW Agents.
• Secure permission to enter properties from landowners/tenants.
• Negotiate ROW options and easements within policy and project needs.
• Develop construction lines from restrictions on ROW.
• Maintain diaries and weekly activity reports for properties.
• Maintain a detailed log of all payments.
• Negotiate damage settlements as required.
• Support construction activities as needed.
• Document all ROW activities and comply with Safety Plan.
