Job summary

TRC Companies, Inc. in Cedar Rapids, Iowa seeks a seasoned Right of Way Land Manager to oversee land services across projects nationwide. You will lead cross-functional teams, develop budgets, and ensure regulatory compliance while managing client relationships.

Responsibilities include creating project plans, estimates, and schedules, mentoring staff, and coordinating with stakeholders to deliver high-quality land services on time and within budget; travel may be required up to 75%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in real estate, business, management, or related field.
• 7–10 years of related experience with 3–5 years in senior management.
• Experience writing/responding to proposals with budgets.
• Experience in linear project management (pipeline, transmission).
• Strong leadership, time management, collaboration, accountability.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee rights-of-way land management across projects nationwide.
• Develop project budgets and land acquisition budgets.
• Create and execute project plans, estimates, and schedules.
• Lead and mentor project teams; manage stakeholder relationships.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and prepare reports.
• Travel up to 75% as needed.
