Job summary

Mission Critical Group seeks a senior Control System Leader to drive Connected Services projects across multiple sites, delivering electrical power delivery, modular systems, and related control solutions. You will own architecture, selection, and execution, coordinating with PMO and cross-functional teams to ensure technical and financial success.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in industry with supervisory experience, deep PLC/HMI/SCADA expertise, and strong risk and budget management skills

Qualifications

Degree in engineering or equivalent practical work experience in industrial control systems
Expert knowledge of PLC/HMI/SCADA systems (Inductive Automation, Rockwell, Wonderware, Schneider)
Expert knowledge of EtherNet/IP, Modbus, PROFINET, IO-Link topologies
Hands-on IPC/CodeSys experience
Minimum 10+ years in industry, with at least 7 in a supervisory role
Strong risk management and budget/expense management capabilities

Responsibilities

Lead the execution of Connected Services projects from architecture to close, across locations
Own projects fiscally and technically, managing scope, schedule, and cost baselines
Collaborate with PMO and internal departments to negotiate proposals and change orders
Coordinate with internal and third-party teams for Electrical Power Delivery and Modular systems
Ensure customer satisfaction and profitability through effective project delivery
Drive leadership and accountability for delivery excellence across programs
