A leading agricultural company is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance operations and ensure compliance with safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in utilities management, leadership skills, and a relevant engineering degree. Responsibilities include supervising maintenance of ammonia refrigeration, HVAC systems, and promoting a zero-incident safety culture. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $110,000 - $140,000, contingent on experience and skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Utilities/Facilities systems management (ammonia, boilers, compressed air, water/wastewater, HVAC).
• 5+ years of people leadership experience.
• Ability to interpret P&IDs, one-lines, and equipment schematics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and repair of ammonia refrigeration systems and HVAC.
• Champion a zero-incident culture and enforce safety policies.
• Lead and develop a team of Utilities Maintenance Technicians.
