• Strong knowledge of engineering principles and building construction.

Responsibilities

• Independently manages and guides complex projects to successful completion within budget and schedule.
• Reviews plans, specifications, cost estimates and other project documents; prepares reports.
• Prepares bid documents, requests for proposals, contracts and purchase orders; maintains project files.
• Tracks budget; approves invoices; coordinates with other departments.
• Coordinates work of consulting engineers, contractors, and O&M personnel; attends meetings as needed.
• Performs related tasks as required.
