Qualifications

12–15+ years managing complex defense programs.
Strong understanding of Marine Corps C2 systems or related warfighting functions.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver results.
Active Secret clearance and TS/SCI eligibility.

Responsibilities

Drive senior leader engagement within USMC programs.
Field emerging C4I technologies with stakeholders.
Embed with Marines during exercises and demonstrations.
Collaborate with engineering teams to translate doctrine into requirements.
Coordinate with Anduril counterparts to deliver solutions.
