Job summary

Bratte is building Animates, an AI companion app with a lifelike character that runs locally on-device and remembers past interactions. It is a small founder-led team with a live product and an organic community, working remotely across Europe.

You will own the paid UA from zero, drive geo × channel × creative testing, set up MMPs and attribution, and track CAC, ROAS and LTV to optimize growth for mobile consumer products, including gaming or entertainment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in paid UA on mobile consumer products, with gaming or entertainment a plus.
• Hands-on experience with major ad platforms and networks listed above.
• Deep buying experience in Asia/Japan and a feel for global consumer culture including US, Japan, and Korea.

What We're Looking For:

• 4+ years in paid UA on mobile consumer products, with gaming or entertainment a plus.
• Hands-on experience with AppLovin, Unity, Moloco, Mintegral, Liftoff, Meta, TikTok, and Google App Campaigns.
• Deep buying experience in Japan or Asia, and a feel for global consumer culture including US, Japan, and Korea.
