Job summary

Pacific Life is seeking an IAM Engineer specializing in Privileged Access Management. You will architect, deploy, and optimize PAM solutions across the enterprise, integrating CyberArk, Delinea, and Netwrix while automating processes and improving resiliency.

You will partner with IT leadership to define roadmaps, manage risks, and deliver enhancements in a fast-paced, security-driven environment. Strong collaboration and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years Information Security experience with a focus on PAM platforms (CyberArk, Delinea, Netwrix).
• Experience enabling/operating an enterprise PAM platform following best practices.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and troubleshoot PAM solutions; produce design docs, use cases, requirements and test cases.
• Lead automation, self-service, and resiliency initiatives across PAM services.
• Define and implement monitoring, alerts, and reporting for PAM platforms to drive operational excellence.
• Collaborate with IT leaders and teams to align PAM roadmaps with corporate strategy.
• Identify risks and roadblocks, and drive timely delivery with cross-functional teams.
