Allied Consultants, Inc is seeking an experienced IAM/UAM Lead to provide leadership for enterprise identity services, lifecycle management, and access governance. You will coordinate across security, infrastructure, applications, audit, and vendors to ensure secure, compliant access across systems and data.

The role emphasizes service delivery, staff leadership, and continuous improvement, with collaboration across HR, business units, and technology teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years progressively responsible experience in IT/security.
• Direct IAM/UAM, identity-governance, or enterprise access-management work.
• Experience leading technical or operational IAM workstreams.

Responsabilités

• Lead IAM/UAM operations, projects and modernization across the enterprise.
• Define operating model, ownership, roles, escalation paths and controls.
• Oversee identity lifecycle: onboarding, transfers, role changes, offboarding.
• Coordinate onboarding into identity platforms and provisioning workflows.
• Collaborate with security, infrastructure, application, audit and vendors.
• Develop dashboards and executive reports on service performance and risks.
