AbbVie seeks an Associate Director, Regulatory Affairs US Advertising and Promotion – Immunology to lead cross-functional teams, set strategic direction, and drive complex initiatives in immunology.

The role requires extensive experience in regulatory advertising, strong communication skills, and the ability to work across a matrix environment with a hybrid schedule at sites in Mettawa, IL, Florham Park, NJ, or Irvine, CA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science or equivalent required.
• Master's/PhD or PharmD preferred for advanced regulatory work.
• Experience with regulatory advertising and promotion regulations is essential.

Responsibilities

• Set strategy and lead cross-functional, multidisciplinary teams across US advertising and promotion in immunology.
• Manage department workflow, budgeting, and staff development with minimal direction.
• Maintain effective communication with Medical, Marketing, Regulatory, Legal, and Public Affairs teams.
• Identify process improvements and lead cross-organization initiatives.
• Operate in a hybrid work schedule (3 days in office, 2 days remote) at Mettawa, IL; Florham Park, NJ; or Irvine, CA.
