Job summary

AbbVie is seeking an Associate Director of Regulatory Affairs US Advertising and Promotion in Immunology. The role leads cross‑functional teams to set strategy for regulatory advertising and promotion, with a strong focus on global marketplace knowledge and cross‑divisional initiatives.

The position requires a solid regulatory background, exceptional communication skills, and experience in a matrix environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in science.
• Master’s degree, PharmD, or PhD preferred.
• Solid understanding of regulatory advertising and promotion regulations.

Responsibilities

• Set strategy and lead cross-functional/multidisciplinary teams.
• Manage multidivisional regulatory initiatives.
• Monitor budgets and resource needs across the department.
• Communicate with Medical, Marketing, Regulatory, Legal and Public Affairs teams.
• Develop and deliver strategic presentations for senior management.
• Operate in a hybrid work model (3 days in office, 2 days remote).
