Job summary

IGT in Las Vegas is seeking a Payroll Manager to lead accurate, timely, and compliant payroll operations for IGT and its subsidiaries. You will oversee processing, controls, reporting, and process improvement while partnering with People & Culture, Finance, Accounting, Benefits, employees, and external payroll providers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Accounting/Finance/HR/Business Administration.
• Progressive payroll experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Hands-on ADP and SAP; SAP SuccessFactors experience preferred.
• Experience supporting multi-entity, multi-state, and international payroll operations.
• Knowledge of payroll taxation, wage-and-hour regulations, SOX controls, and year-end reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end payroll operations for IGT and subsidiaries.
• Oversee biweekly payroll processing, timecard review, deductions, taxes, and reconciliations.
• Audit data in ADP and SAP SuccessFactors; manage changes, terminations, and new hires.
• Coordinate year-end payroll activities, including W-2s and tax reporting.
• Partner with People & Culture, Finance, Accounting and Benefits to maintain data accuracy.
• Support domestic and international payroll activities with internal teams and vendors.
• Develop payroll procedures, controls, and performance measures.
