Job summary

IGT, a global leader in gaming, is seeking a Payroll Manager to run accurate, timely, and compliant payroll operations for IGT and subsidiary entities across multiple jurisdictions. You will partner with People & Culture, Finance, Accounting, Benefits, and external providers to ensure payroll integrity.

The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, hands-on ADP and SAP SuccessFactors experience, and a track record of process improvement in a complex payroll environment, including Canada and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Progressive payroll experience with leadership duties.
• Experience with ADP payroll solutions and SAP; SAP SuccessFactors preferred.
• Experience with multi-entity, multi-state, and international payroll.
• Strong analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills.
• CPP designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end payroll operations for IGT and subsidiaries.
• Oversee biweekly payroll activities including timecard reviews and deductions.
• Audit data in ADP and SAP SuccessFactors for hires, changes, terminations.
• Review calculations, investigate discrepancies, resolve issues.
• Coordinate with People & Culture, Finance, Benefits and vendors.
• Prepare payroll reports and maintain payroll procedures.
• Lead and develop payroll team members.
