Job summary

AbbVie Inc. is seeking a Global R&D Senior Study Forecasting Analyst to support financial analyses and budget reconciliations for Oncology clinical trial budgets. You will monitor study forecasts, manage expenses for plan submissions, and collaborate with clinical and finance teams on ad-hoc requests.

Responsibilities include preparing reports, reconciling variances, and providing forecast updates during monthly LBEs and quarterly reviews. Strong Excel, SAP and Power BI knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Health sciences required.
• 4+ years of progressive related experience preferred.
• Strong financial, analytical and problem solving skills.
• Proficient Excel skills; SAP and Power BI a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support and perform financial analyses and budget reconciliations for Oncology clinical trial budgets.
• Monitor study forecasts and manage expenses and forecasts for multiple submissions.
• Gather data from varied sources and provide budget information to Clinical and Finance teams.
• Prepare predefined and ad hoc reports and communicate variances and resolutions.
• Collaborate with clinical teams and management; support ad-hoc requests and projects.
